![]() Originally from Scarsdale, NY, Arlene graduated from Tufts University where she majored in early childhood education. She worked as a play therapist at the University of Chicago Hospital and completed graduate work in educational psychology at the University of Chicago. After teaching for several years at the prestigious Laboratory School at the University of Chicago, Arlene was named Executive Coordinator for a non-profit educational organization. She also has served as an educational consultant, most notably with the Head Start program, prior to her real estate career.
Arlene has always been fascinated by other people and cultures. She has interests in Asian philosophies and has traveled extensively. Most recently she has been to Costa Rica, Israel, Jordan, Hawaii and Europe. She has also traveled throughout the U.S., Canada and Mexico.
She has many interests including hiking, biking, skiing, working out, healthy living, feng shui, architecture, museums, antiques and the stock market. Arlene also enjoys attending lectures on campus and takes advantage of the many cultural events in Princeton.
She has two children, Alisa and Aron. Aron has a degree in archaeology from Ithaca College and now works as a Realtor and mortgage broker in San Diego. Alisa, a graduate of Oberlin College with an MBA from the University of San Francisco, is Executive Director of Circle of Life, a non-profit organization. Circle of Life activates people through education, inspiration and connection to live in a way that honors the diversity and interdependence of all life.
